A man goes to the a doctor and says "D-d-d-doctor! You've g-g-g-otta help me! I have this t-t-t-terrible st-t-tuttering problem.!"
The doctor tells the man, "ok, first I'm gonna give you a complete physical and take some tests" After the tests, the doctor says to the man, "well, I've found your problem, Your penis is just too big and its throwing everything way off. I'm gonna have to cut off 3 inches."
The man eventually agrees and the operation is a complete success...
A month later, the man goes to the same doctor and says: "Doc, look man. my wife really misses those 3 inches. I'm gonna need them back even if i do have the stuttering problem"
To this, the doctor replied: "N-n-n-no r-r-r-refunds"
