Three Managers and three Engineers from the same company go to a convention on a train. At the station the Managers buy three tickets. The Engineers buy only one. The Managers ask how can three of you ride on one ticket. The Engineers reply watch and learn.
They all board the train and just prior to the conductor collecting tickets the three engineers duck into the mens room. When the conductor knocks on the door of the mens room and says ticket please, the door opens just a crack, an arm comes out and hands the conductor the ticket.
The managers were duly impressed when it came time to travel home the managers all agreed they would try the same and just buy one ticket.
The engineers did not buy a ticket at all.
The managers asked how were they going to ride with no ticket.
The engineers just said watch and learn.
As the train pulled out the three managers ducked into the mens room and closed the door. Before the conductor arrived in their car, one of the engineers went back to the mens room door knocked and said ticket please.
