A little boy had to go to court because his parents were
spitting up and the
court needed to know who he was to live with....

The judge asked the little boy if he wanted to live with his
father?

The little boy replied by saying "No, he beats me".

THe judge asked the boy if he wanted to live with his mother?

The little boy replied by saying "No, she beats me".

"Well" the judge said "who do you want to live with"?

"the Utah Jazz, They don't beat anyone"!
